UPDATE: California Democrat Now Accused Of Sexual Assault and Harassment

Attorneys for an unnamed woman have released a statement maintaining their client was sexually harassed and assaulted by California Democrat, Representative Jimmy Gomez. Earlier in the week, we told you about a House Ethics Committee investigation into alleged inappropriate sexual conduct by Gomez, and when the Congressman released a statement reacting to the investigation, he acknowledged he made “mistakes” in his marriage, but insisted they were were consensual and not in violation of House Ethics rules.  The accuser’s attorneys made it very clear in their statement, this was NOT a consensual situation.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
