Something you won’t touch and something you won’t smell. It is to look at the person next to you and for them to trust you to do your job, consistently and reliably. To do more than the bare minimum, to exceed all expectations and set a new precedent to be followed then raised. It is accountability when no one is watching. It is discipline when you smell food you aren’t supposed to eat. It is integrity to return things we find that do not belong to us. It is the decision to be more.
