We will discuss key findings from several pivotal trials, including the CHECKMATE 901 trial (NCT03036098), which evaluates nivolumab in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin for metastatic urothelial carcinoma; the JAVELIN Renal 101 trial (NCT02684006), comparing avelumab plus axitinib with sunitinib in advanced renal cell carcinoma; a post hoc analysis of the JAVELIN Bladder 100 trial (NCT02603432), focusing on first-line maintenance therapy with avelumab for advanced urothelial carcinoma; the TROPiCS-04 trial (NCT03964727) investigating sacituzumab govitecan in advanced urothelial carcinoma; and the CheckMate 67T trial (NCT04100021), which explores subcutaneous versus intravenous nivolumab in advanced renal cell carcinoma.
