Updates on Leasehold Reform

Back on the 7th January the Ministry for Housing announced their radical leasehold reform proposals. Serious focus on Commonhold and the set up of the Commonhold Council Leases could be extended by 990 years rather than 90 and ground rent go to £0 An online calculator which will tell you what the cost of a lease extension will be This is on top of their current proposals for £0 ground rents on Help to Buy and Retirement Housing.
