Upgrade your relationship with food - featuring Dr. Danielle Marr
from The Health Upgrade Podcast · host Navaz Habib
Welcome to another episode of the health upgrade podcast. In today’s episode, we are talking with Dr. Danielle Marr. She's a friend of mine from chiropractic college. She grew up as an athlete in southwestern Ontario in Canada.A healthy diet and exercise were always a part of her life. She trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic and thought that putting her certifications and personal training and sports nutrition together would really help maximize care for her patients.Danielle realized very quickly without the proper mindset, we couldn’t get in our own way of accomplishing literally anything, regardless of what our plans were. Being so passionate about helping people, made her pursue a career in professional coaching, trained by the Institute of professional excellence in coaching. I am really excited about the topic that we're going to be speaking on, which is upgrading your relationship with food. And as many people deal with, we have this emotional connection to food. And I really think this topic is going to be relevant to a lot of people, whether it's overeating or under eating. But we also want to take a look at under-eating and issues with eating disorders.Listen to the episode to learn more about Danielle Marr and how to upgrade your relationship with food .
