In this episode, I break down the sales process for new business owners to help simplify everything.

So much of the sales process is nerve-rattling. It's hard enough to get potential clients for most business owners, but it's even harder to standardize the process once you start growing and trying to scale.

Plus, what if you've never been on a sales call before? I've done thousands of sales calls, and there is a TON of advice out there about what you should do, what you should say, and what you shouldn't say.

In this episode, I break down the sales process into three easy steps for new business owners to help simplify everything.

Those steps include:

  • The pre-conversation — How you need to prepare your potential clients for the first meeting.
  • The sales call — How you structure the call, and how to handle objections.
  • The follow-up —  What you need to do if your potential client says yes, or "I don't know."
