Uplevels & Neck Cricks

from The Wealthy Show · host Melissa Moffet

This week on Air & Earth Podcast, we’re talking about detoxing old programming, uplevels, signs to slow down and chill and let the process do its thing, letting go of control, & trusting yourself more and more. And of course, neck cricks, because the upleveling pains are REAL.It’s so challenging at the beginning phases of intentional living; we have to work through social conditioning, family & ancestral trauma, fears about not being able to make it, etc. At a certain point, you reach what feels like a glass ceiling, where you’re asked to work through deeper layers in order to expand. But there’s no need to force it, we don’t need to manipulate things within ourselves to create the life we want to create. My neck crick is a reminder that I don’t need to force the expansion, the growth, the uplevels, or the next phase of my life. The art of learning to trust yourself, over others, is so important. It’s something that you practice, deepen, and work with overtime!Be sure to repost this show on your Instagram story with a screenshot and tag me.
