It invests in the United Kingdom based industrial and logistics properties with a view to delivering dividends and capital returns to its shareholders. It invests in assets that comprise an interest in freehold or leasehold property. It is also focused on investing in smaller single-let logistics sites. It invests in various geographical locations, such as Bedford, Northampton, Dunstable, Bardon, Chesterfield, Leeds, Haverhill, Leigh and Motherwell.
