German producer David Platzdasch began his musical carreer in 1996 with several releases under his alias David Martin on Honolulu United, Draft Recordings and Nightclubbing Music. In 2000 the SOUL GLOW project was founded together with the pianist/keyboardist Thomas Staats. Their work culminated the album „We Come Along“ on Draft Recordings in 2003. After a break David got back into the game in 2014. When he met pianist/keyboardist Holger Dix in 2016, they decided to make music together and founded Platzdasch & Dix.
