Elena Smirnova a vu le collectif Urgence Tchetchenie se créer et accompagner les protégés afin de leur trouver des solutions d'accueil mais aussi de l'interprétariat car elle est russe.  Quelle est la situation en Tchetchenie 6 mois après ?
