URY News: 'CV Blind' Interviews for Top Law Firm

from URY Newshour

One of the UK's leading law firms, Clifford Chance, has announced it's changing its selection procedures so that CVs can't be seen by selectors during interviews. It's hoped it'll eliminate any bias towards Oxbridge and Eton graduates - something  currently thought of as a neccessity to enter the law industry. The company say they want to make sure they get the best talent regardless of academic background. URY's Kate Yandle reports. From the URY Newshour, Wednesdays at 6 on URY.
