On today's podcast I am happy to host Herb Morgan, Senior Managing Director & Chief Investment Officer of Efficient Market Advisors. On the podcast we talked about US Equities Continued Strength, The Geopolitical Risk of Crypto, The Risk of Inflation and Greatest Lessons he has learnt from the markets.     Herb Morgan is the Sr. Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Efficient Market Advisors,  (EMA).  One of the financial industry’s recognized experts in the area of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), he is the creator of the Efficient Market Advisors Managed ETF Account, a unique low-cost, tax-efficient investment account that utilizes ETFs.Prior to founding EMA in 2004, Herb was Senior Vice President – Advisory at Linsco/Private Ledger Financial Services, Inc. (LPL Financial).  Herb also served as Senior Vice President with Dreyfus and ING Funds group (then known as Pilgrim Funds) and held various positions with J&W Seligman & Co.Herb has been interviewed by multiple publications including Forbes, CBS Market Watch, Business Week, Investment News, Investor’s Business Daily and The Wall Street Journal.  He has also been a guest on Fox News and CNBC television.  He has served as an expert witness in cases involving mutual fund trustee fiduciary liability.Herb served as President of the Board of Administration of the San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System (SDCERS) where he was a member of the Investment, Business and Governance, Audit and Disability Committees.  He was a member of SDCERS’ Board of Administration from April 2009 to July 2013.Herb is involved with philanthropy in education, including serving as a Director chair of the Investment Committee of The Foundation Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, Inc.
