A 60-day ceasefire extension between the US and Iran is set to be formalized with a Memorandum of Understanding — as negotiators continue working through details around Iran's nuclear stockpile. Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, says he wants to see the fine print.
