Tata Trusts is in a serious governance dispute after its CEO asked two senior trustees to step down without sharing a critical legal opinion — and the matter is heading to court. India's power grid is nowhere near ready for the data center boom that AI demands, with capacity needing to grow from 1.2 GW to 10 GW by 2030.
