President Trump posting on Truth Social on Monday, sayign that Iran has requested a meeting with the U.S. which is set to take place on Tuesday in Doha. U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz also warning Iran that President Trump's ‘patience isn't going to last forever.’House Speaker Mike Johnson says he's sending a bipartisan housing affordability bill to President Trump on Monday. Speaker Johnson said he’s spoken to the President and expects him to sign the measure into law. The legislation passed with overwhelming bipartisan support, clearing the Senate 85-5 and the House 358-32. The bill combines more than 60 proposals aimed at expanding affordable housing, increasing mortgage access and reducing regulatory barriers.Canada opening the World Cup knockout stage with a 1-0 victory over South Africa on Sunday, becoming the first nation to advance to the round of 16, with a dramatic late goal from midfielder Stephen Eustáquio. The game marked Canada's first-ever trip beyond the World Cup group stage.
