Congressional Republicans and Democrats wrote to the presidents of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica asking for them to guarantee that the Central American Bank of Economic Integration will no longer be a “lifeline” for the Ortega-Murillo regime. In a forum in Washington on Thursday, CABEI president Dante Mossi justified his relationship with a government that he considers legitimate.
