The U.S. Treasury says Chinese state-sponsored hackers stole documents in what it has described as a 'major incident', which China denies. Syria’s new foreign minister has told Ukraine that it hopes for strategic partnerships with Kyiv, as Russia's influence wanes and the U.S. watches developments closely.
