USA special: licence plate paradise and police panic

Cam comes back from a work trip to the United States with a suitcase crammed with loves and hates of American motoring for Jack to pick over. It all kicks off with the freedom right on red brings, roads that are appropriately sized for modern cars and Cam's fascination with the USA's colourful licence plates.
