Most people think that every day SOF is out kicking in doors, jumping from planes, riding dirt bikes, and blowing shit up! Although these things happen often, they are not happening every day. There are days where required military training has to occur or medical appointments. In order to train effectively, the training must be planned well to figure out the logistics required to accomplish said training.
