USDA S&D, Acreage Reports, and Weather, oh my!

Brad Downing, of Cross Creek Ag Solutions in Greentown IN, fills in today for Chris Barron, who is busy side-dressing N before rain arrives, to talk with Duane Lowry and discuss the Week Ahead Outlook. Today Brad and Duane cover this week's monthly USDA S&D report, the acreage report at the end of the month and the potential for a weather-inspired short-covering process in the grain markets. We also discuss the political uncertainties that seem to be arising and how that might impact producers' longer-range profitability. With weather now very much in focus, price volatility potential increases and marketing decisions become even more critical.
