Angela and Brandon acknowledge just how complicated a relationship with cannabis can be when they explored an entry from 1856, while they considered their own relationships with Mari’s diary. In this entry, Mari comments on Fitz Hugh Ludlow’s anonymous description of his own complex relationship with cannabis. She noted that he wrote “In returning from the world of hasheesh, I bring with me many and diverse memories” and those memories, as described in his writing, do not always align with wellness. In this Season Finale episode, Brandon and Angela discussed how individuals use and misuse cannabis, as it’s all about choice.
