God does not intervene because He is not a gangster or bully. He is not going to force people to do what is right. It is only through a connection with Him that the world will change. This is not through religion, but RELATIONSHIP. This episode encourages people to communicate with God about the problems in the world, especially those who are poor, young, old and defenseless. God is still merciful and hears the cries of people who petition Him. Using our spiritual power is the key to making our world better.
