Sarah is a life long veteran to the dance and fitness industry. She was born to dance and raised in a family owned dance studio while growing up. She started dancing competitively at a collegiate level when she was 8 years old. She continued dancing professionally and taught dance throughout the Utah and Maryland US areas. In May of 2010, She became a certified Zumba Instructor, which opened her love and admiration towards group fitness. She taught Zumba for 5 years, which led her receive GF/PT AFAA certifications and train in Beyond The Barre, Soul Cycle, Step & Ballet Fit formats. She created and started PHunk Fit in 2016 and trained over 100 PHunk Fit Instructors, with over 32 classes available and in 5 US States. In June of 2020, Sarah and her husband opened PHunk Studio SLC. Sarah's energy & passion towards all that she does, oozes in the room that she teaches in.
