Like little clues left behind through their interactions with us, data provides us with valuable nuggets of knowledge and information by which we can create close personal relationship with our donors. In this episode, Celeste Bannon Waterman, Senior Vice President of KCI shares the role that data can play in creating that relationship and how it can be used to cultivate a unique conversation and establish a mutual connection with donors.
