Using energy to heal our past and present timeline.

Today is an episode all about how we can send energy to the past and the future to change our present. We cover the concept that time isn’t linear and how to reach out to our past to heal the imprints and triggers then to make our lives in the present feel less of the negative consequences. I talk about how I have done this personally many times, and I explain how I took this concept and put it into practice to heal my present. I explain How those triggers no longer affect me like they did because I went back and healed the past me. I also talk about how the vibration of the future is how we quantum leap our manifestations and growth quickly. We have a lot of things happening and this year seems like the energy to really break free from those old energies to become a bigger better version of ourselves and this practice is key in helping that happen!
