And it's a reflection of the fact that we have only one language in which to answer for education or skills, and that's the diploma. And we believe that in this world of lifelong learning, that's absurd. It's crazy. And it isn't that college is crazy. When you think about it if I were to ask you, “tell me about your health Heneka. And you said, “I ran a marathon 12 years ago”. When someone says, tell me about your education, and you say, I graduated from Colorado State, or whatever it might be. It's not that marathons are absurd, but that would be an absurd answer to tell me about your health.
