Using systemd for containers @ Facebook (asg2017)

To achieve faster and easier containerization at Facebook we have started utilizing Chef, Btrfs and Systemd to improve our container system. These tools helped us to design a robust base for our cluster management will allow us to concentrate more higher level functionality.
