Join me with guest Paul Holbert as he talks about how writing helped him deal with his PTSD. We will also be talking about his new novel "Term Limits". Paul is a retired Army veteran who enjoys conveying his experiences and imagination in works of adventure and fiction. He and his wife currently reside in Northern Virginia, where he works for a Federal Agency and serves as an adjunct professor for a local college.
