USING THE 'SANDWICH' TECHNIQUE TO HEAL AND BUILD A NEW NARRATIVE ... AUTHENTIC HEALING : #387

Thank you SOOO Much to all of you who joined the journaling and scripting Live Workshop on Nov 4th !!!!  I can't explain how powerful that was for me ... It's most likely where the deeeeep healing and insight for this episode came from ~..  It can really jar some shadow versions loose in order to be healed ...I am so excited for all Live Workshops we create in the future !! THANK YOU.. TODAY'S Episode. ~~I've always found that the largest shifts I'm able to realize for myself come on the other side of the questions I ask about why I'm feeling the way I am feeling ... being honest with myself about what those answers are  .. and being able to allow space to feel it from a sense of self empathy and love .. and not from judgement or regret ...   After many unconscious loops I was able to form a connection to consciousness and my own answers from that stream ... This seems to be the same stream for everyone .. we just pinch ourselves off from it at times .. consciously or unconsciously.  When I do shows on things that actually have helped me in my past and still in my current experiences with pain or sadness or confusion .. The response the shows get reinforce the messages that we all share through it by taking part with our time and our senses ... This was one of those cases ... This is one of those shows.... and when I listen to this back from start to finish.... I can see just how important it is to allow that space .. to be authentic and gentle with yourself ... and to go into all of your healing sessions the best you can with a degree of positive solution based outcomes ...  This show helped me .... and I hope in some way shape or form it may do the same for you..
