USL viewership on CBS exceeds MLS on FOX- what to make of it.

We dove deep on the World Soccer Talk Podcast today, but if you don’t have time (or don’t want to wait for that) here is a brief explanation from me as to my thoughts about USL’s number, what created the elements to where USL could get this number on network TV. Local efforts by USL clubs to cultivate linear television channels and audiences are paying off. Meanwhile, MLS has sought a global audience with AppleTV and while that might be paying off in some respects it’s left the door ajar for USL to come through in the manner I explain in this audio snippet.
