USR 268: Why It's Not Working

Are you not getting the results you want from your content strategy?   When thinking about your content and your business, you need to be thinking about three things; frequency, consistency, and aggressiveness.     Besides the obvious differences with corporate and small businesses, larger companies with larger teams have the ability to do a lot with the content they have. That isn't the case with small businesses.   So if you *are* a small business owner, know this: it's time to stop worrying about the AMOUNT of content and focus in on the QUALITY of the content.   When you focus on too much as a small business owner, the projects can get lost. So focus on just a few things, and do them to perfection.   Take a look at the content you're planning to push out this week. Is it: Going out when your audience is online to consume it, or are you using the "post and pray" method? Have you stuck to a consistent schedule so that your audience knows when to expect to see you online?
