Specifically, through real estate.   In today's episode, we are talking to entrepreneur and expert real estate investor Lane Kawaoka. He is the co-owner of MPFE Investments and host of the real estate podcast Simple Passive Cash Flow Fund.   With over 260+ multi family units, he understands how beneficial real estate investing can be for continuous income. Lane explains that while many people are scared of the market because of the 2008 crash, it's a different market that he recommends investing in.   (8:43) "Educate yourself. Podcasts are great way. Read a few books… don't read too many books, you guys are business owners, like you are killing it. Don't spend all your time doing this. I would suggest getting a mentor."--Lane Kawaoka   (10:18) "People look at the numbers, but they don't think of them as shades of grey. They think by numbers. They like by highest rent to value ratio, which you can get...But there is a reason a property is priced so low. You have to look at the area it is in."--Lane Kawaoka   (16:07) "I think there is just a lot of bad information out there.
