USR 421: Successful Entrepreneurs Are Serial Entrepreneurs - How To Make This Work For You

"When is the best time to start a second business?" "Is this a good opportunity or a distraction?"   These are some of the questions I have been getting since I launched my new business with my partner Amy called Give Her Courage. As entrepreneurs we are constantly thinking of new ideas and businesses that we want to start. However, it's not always the right time to actually make those dreams a reality.   In this episode I am really dropping some knowledge on what makes a good, serial entrepreneur  and when it's the best time to start. It's human nature to want the newest, shiniest thing out there but we need to remember the systems that go into it! Start that second business when you are 100% comfortable with your first one!   (2:11) "It can be really risky to embark on a second business, if you don't have the right things in place with your first business"   (3:44) "That is your goal, as quickly as possible you want to get your business to a point where it's self fulfilling"   (9:41) "We are always going to lean towards the thing that is still new.
