Utah Basketball Lands Israeli Gem Noam Yaacov

Utah mens basketball secures a top European prospect, Noam Yaacov, for the 2026-27 season. The six-foot-one guard, known for his scoring and playmaking, averages 17.9 points, 5.8 assists, and 40.3% from three. He joins Utah after beating out Villanova, Washington, and Indiana. Yaacovs arrival addresses Utahs need for a true playmaker, as the team ranked 192nd nationally in assists last season. Born in Denmark and raised in Israel, Yaacov brings international flair to Utahs backcourt, joining a Spaniard and a Finn. The roster is currently at 15 players, with a potential for one more transfer before the April 21st deadline. Support the show: Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
