Utah Jazz at New Orleans Pelicans Postgame Analysis

from Called Bank Sports: All Things Utah Jazz Basketball · host Dale Harper

The Utah Jazz dropped their eighth game of the year to the New Orleans Pelicans wasting Bojan Bogdanovic’s season high of 31 points. The Jazz made it close at the end but were unable to overcome the Pelicans dominant 40-point third quarter and monster games from Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram who both put up 26 points on the night. The Pelicans have been the best offense in the league over the past ten games while simultaneously being the worst defense in the league over the same span. The Jazz were unable to stop the fast break and allowed a total of 74 points in the paint. The Jazz will close out the first half of the season Wednesday night against the Philadelphia 76ers before getting some well needed rest.
