Utah’s post-graduate secret: Why college students “study and stay”

A new report from the Strada Institute for the Future of Work found that nearly one in four of Utah's college-educated workers originally came to the state for school — more than double the national average. But Utah's overall retention of its own graduates falls below the national average.
