What questions could you be asking your clients or your prospects that no one else in the industry that you operate in bothers to ask them? One question that I always ask people is, “If I had a magic wand, what would your business look like after I waved it?” Now, everyone says to me, “An accountant has never asked me that before,” when I ask those and similar questions of their business. And what questions can you ask that actually help you help your client more, and elevate your position as their trusted advisor, or whatever position it is that you are coming on board for them?
