The data doesn’t lie and that is usually the reason that so many people bury their head in the sand when it comes to the data, because sometimes we don’t really want to know what the data’s telling us because we might not necessarily like what it’s telling us. But the thing is, with understanding data comes clarity, and it can help you make decisions to move from where you are now to where you want to be, if those places are different. So, understanding the data really, really is key in our business. I urge you to start looking at the data regularly, scheduling time in your diary to understand the data in your business, and understand what it’s telling you in order to help you get to where you want to be.
