Our challenge: transform mission-critical emergency services alerting infrastructure to a more contemporary approach that works for 55,000 career and volunteer emergency services personnel across three agencies. Creating a user-centric application isn’t about applying a UX tool or process here and there, but deliberately focusing on what the users need, and employing the right tools and techniques at the right times.
