VA Home loan discrimination practices

This is an issue we hear all to often. Another offer not accepted because the client is using their entitlement to the VA home loan. Not because the offer was inferior but because the agent may have heard that the VA home loan is more difficult than any other loan type. This cannot be furthest from the truth. The fact of the matter is, the VA home loan with a properly trained agent can be one of the best home loan offers out there. The closing rate for most companies is higher than any other product.
