Pour ce premier épisode de Private EquiTEA, Valentine Baudouin revient sur son parcours professionnel, et notamment sur sa transition d’avocate en marchés capitaux à investisseuse en Venture Capital. Valentine commence par nous partager sa vision de ce marché si particulier qu’est celui du Private Equity.Nous discutons ensuite de sa carrière en tant qu’avocate, de la gestion du scandale Madoff à l’accompagnement de fonds émergents dans leur structuration. En effet, avoir toujours eu ce rôle de conseil, et cette place dans le sidecar comme elle le dit si bien, est ce qui lui a donné l’envie d’accompagner des entrepreneurs d’encore plus près. Que ce soit en tant que Business Angel ou VC, Valentine accompagne les entrepreneurs dans les bons moments comme les moins bons.
