Valentine's Day Pt. 2, Black History Month Celebration Series: Cabbage, Lunar New Year

Starting with a little self reflection and wisdom chat on how radical vulnerability has helped me and is helping me to sustain a healthy attachements with myself and others. We then discuss what I did this Valentine's Day to show myself some much needed love. From there, we switch gears and I give praise to cabbage - a black culinary creation that I could literally eat every day.
