Valley Center Death Investigation, California Redistricting Vote, Parking Meter Hours

Investigators say the remains of a missing Valley Center woman were found buried on her 20-acre property. Californians are headed to a special election in November, to vote on new democratic-drawn congressional maps. The City of San Diego says some parking meter hours will be extended by at least two hours and on Sundays in four neighborhoods.
