Valerie Kwietniak was 6 years old when her police officer father was shot and killed. After many years struggling in a challenging marriage, she broke free only to be diagnosed with advanced colon cancer. Despite all of this, plus a host of other challenges, Valerie has come to know who she is and how she can serve others. Her joy in being alive is evident in her face.
