So without further ado, Ryan, how's it going?  Ryan (56s): And I don't go well. It's good to, good to be here  Jesse (59s): Right on. So you're, you're joining us from Orlando today. That's right. That's correct. Awesome. I feel like we're just starting to get our first little bit of sun. So golfing is a, is now in full, full effect up here. So it's, it looks like we're moving in the right direction.  Ryan (1m 16s): It's great. Well, come on down. We've got no shortage of sign down here.  Jesse (1m 20s): Yeah, actually, it's funny. You mentioned that we're actually looking at a couple properties right now in, in and around the Orlando area. So I'd like to come down sooner rather than later. I think I still have a ticket to Miami that's a year and a half old that I'm gonna have to redeem with this pandemic special.
