Values have been around forever - though for a long time there was no language to articulate it. However, as language became necessary to make ourselves understood, words were found to describe things...... and we placed a good or a bad label on something.... Over the last 4 generations, core values have changed from family/community (we) to individuality (me). Is it time to be more conscious of what we are labelling as good and bad, and to ask "how is it working for us?"

Is it a value, or is it a belief?  Sometimes they are intertwined/confused.
What if we just needed to work on our Awareness which would make us making conscious choices in every moment about what would create greater for us and others?
