Summary
Values have been around forever - though for a long time there was no language to articulate it. However, as language became necessary to make ourselves understood, words were found to describe things...... and we placed a good or a bad label on something.... Over the last 4 generations, core values have changed from family/community (we) to individuality (me). Is it time to be more conscious of what we are labelling as good and bad, and to ask "how is it working for us?"
