Good morning everyone. Today's article was published in the digital journals, okay, a sub-publication of medium.com. The topic is, valuing your mundane chores inspires you. The sub-topic is, I wrote a long one actually.

Here is it, here it is. My new mindset is, to do my best to help people explore their magnificent self, regardless of what they do for a living, just by valuing their mundane chores in a divine way. Hello my lovely readers, I'm committing to doing a 12-week home workout program, 1.0 version by Heather Robertson, observing my body, emotions and mind and writing about life lessons learnt. Today I'm combining, sorry, today I'm writing for day one, week five.

In case you missed my previous life lessons learning from 12-week home workout up and until week four, okay, so every week you've got five days. So every day I do the exercise and I do my best to write as soon as possible about the day's experience of the life lessons learnt. So you have over I think four weeks completed, right, so 20 podcast exercises I hope you've listened. Alright, so I've given in this article, I have provided the link to all the previous articles, alright, then.

So what is that? Okay, today's memory jogger, L-rays, one arm, fist bump, upright rows, red delt flies, weighted jacks, V-press, chest flies around the world, push up and shadow boxing. Today I want to share my observations on how my self-awareness muscle is helping me. I also can understand the following thoughts and feelings that may crop up for my audience when they read or listen to this piece.

To quote a few, do I care about your workout commitment to you? Number two, it's easy for you to do, but not for me. I have so many things going on in my life. Number three, you probably need attention and that is why you're doing it.

Number four, I don't have time for doing exercises or writing or podcasting, period. Well, to me, these are non-revenue producing activities and not worth my time. So you could be saying any of these, okay? First, I want to agree and accept all those thoughts and feelings because I too get them and can relate to them.

You have full right to think, feel and act the way you want to. So my dear audience, we both belong to the same club. What are my observations on my self-awareness muscle while doing this 12-week homework or program and specifically today? I've started observing what I no longer think or feel that I used to think or feel previously.

To give you some examples, I did not feel guilty or shameful because I took more gap between the two exercises days, okay? At the same time, I was able to trust myself with a commitment to doing the 12-week program. Normally, I would feel bad for not keeping up with a schedule. In my opinion, this is a powerful observation.

At the same time, as of now, I am having the grit to continue. I allowed spontaneity. The key word is, keywords are, I allowed what spontaneity and interruptions more gracefully, more gracefully than I used to. Recognizing that I am allowing spontaneity and interruptions to embrace other areas such as contributing to community needs, that is my volunteering activity, while committing to my personal fitness is truly a valuable insight for me.

Even though there are several people who accomplished so much, I don't feel stupid or silly to share my mundane routine by way of an article or a podcast or status updates which I used to previously. Previously, I used to feel a little, hey my god, I am just sending these normal mundane stuff. I used to feel that. Now I don't.

I am quite proud and feel that somewhere to someone I am giving some value. My new mindset is, to do my best to help people explore their magnificent self. Regardless of what they do for a living, just by valuing their mundane shows in a divine way. Why do I think it is important for each person to understand, boldly strengthen their self awareness muscle?

Number one, it makes you listen to and befriend your body emotions and might. Number two, you get better and better at embracing loneliness when you are physically alone without fearing your anxious irrational thoughts. Number three, you get better and better at becoming comfortable with yourself. Even when you are among a group of people with different personalities or varied interests.

Number four, you get better and better at becoming mindful of what you do and what you don't do. How you feel, how you don't feel, how you behave, how you don't behave. What you experience and don't experience and who you are becoming. With that said, I want to leave you with my intention to do my best to help you all while I pursue strengthening my self awareness muscle.
