Vamos a Estadi Nacional y Estadio de la Cerámica (Part 1)

Matt spent the past week travelling to Andorra and then - via some days in Barcelona and Tarragona - to Villarreal to take in two Málaga away days in the space of one week. Plus, he made a pilgrimage to watch a former Spanish great play for CD Castellon.  He decided to take his ‘Vamos a…’ podcast on the road to record his road trip. In Part 1 he heads to the lovely, mountainous nation of Andorra to watch Málaga lose 1-0 at FC Andorra. You can expect some football chat, but instead you can expect more things like him having a theoretical chat with his 14-year-old self, debating which Málaga player would be the best to go on holiday with, spilling a beer over a 10-year-old’s head and drunken Spanish chat in a small bar in Tarragona with a man named Francisco,  plus much more - although not much more insightful.
