After the break, Arcadia gives us a beginners guide to Clan Lasbombra, a hierarchical meritocracy where only the strongest wield power.  With no regard for lineage or status of station, these power brokers and leaders have all the organization and presence of the Camarilla’s Ventrue, but no interest in legacy promotions.  If you want power, you take it.  If you can’t hold power, you are not worthy of it.
