Vance Joseph: Focused on Playoffs Amid Head Coaching Interest

Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph is currently a top candidate for multiple head coaching vacancies across the league due to his elite defensive production. Despite the significant interest from other teams, Joseph remains primarily focused on the playoffs and his upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills. He attributes his renewed professional appeal to the collective success of the Broncos program rather than individual preparation. Having previously served as Denver's head coach, Joseph is taking a measured approach to the interview process by prioritizing winning over personal advancement. His defense currently ranks among the best in the NFL, making him a highly sought-after strategist for teams looking to replicate Denver's recent turnaround. Currently, the coach insists that his commitment to the postseason outweighs any immediate concerns regarding his future career path.
